Spain, Costa Blanca, Denia, Don Quijote:

Situated in the shelter of the Montgó mountain, with fantastic views of Denia, the port and the sea, this villa is located in a quiet street of the residential area don Quijote.

Denia itself is a beautiful coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round Denia scores with an urban atmosphere, diverse restaurants, numerous boutiques for shopping and the crystal clear sea. Denia belongs to the Comunidad Valencia and to the province of Alicante and finally it is part of the Marina Alta region. Towns such as Jávea, Moraira, Calpe and Altea are also in the vicinity.

The unique thing about Denia and its surroundings is the multifaceted nature, because in addition to the long sandy beach also scores the breathtaking mountain panorama and numerous viewpoints such as: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio as well as Cap Martí, which are worth a trip in any case!
The mountain "Montgó" which protects Denia and at the same time provides a connecting road to Javea, is considered the highest peak of the region with a height of more than 750m. Many visitors and also locals refer to the mountain also as the sleeping elephant, because interestingly enough it really looks like that when viewed from Jávea.

The airport of Alicante (ALC) as well as the airport of Valencia (VLC) are both about 100 km away. Due to the good freeway connections, the airports can be reached by car in about 1 - 1.5 hours (depending on the traffic situation). There are also regular ferries directly from Denia to the famous islands of Ibiza and Mallorca.

The recreational possibilities on site are very diverse. Thus, the offer ranges from various water sports, tennis and golf courses, boat rentals, diving clubs, and much more.
